NORTH ATTLEBORO -- The Boy Scouts of North Attleboro's Troop 33 spent a week at Camp Yawgoog to earn merit badges, reports "troop scribe" Austin Bizier. "This particular summer was special because of it being the 100th anniversary of Camp Yawgoog," wrote Bizier.

"It has become a tradition to go down to Yawgoog for Troop 33 for over 20 years now, and not one week was without high spirits.

As a unit this year, Troop 33 earned 60 merit badges, four honor patrols and honor troop," he wrote, awards that signify this troop as an active participant in the large world of Scouting.
